2001 - The landlord / manager operates a discount scheme. Each time you buy a pint, he swipe the credit card he's previously provided you with, and you get 10p (or whatever) off each drink. Each month all registered card-holders are entered into a draw and the winner wins a case of 24 cans of lager / bitter / etc.
